Delete your account
You can delete your Tradeprint account and its data at any time.
In the app
- Open Tradeprint and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Without the app
Email support@tradeprint.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Tradeprint account". We’ll confirm once it’s done.
What gets deleted
Your profile, connected trading accounts and investor passwords, imported trades, notes and tags, insights and reports are deleted within [30] days.
What we may keep
Records we must keep by law, such as purchase and tax records, for as long as the law requires. Anonymous crash logs that can’t identify you may be kept for up to [90] days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in the store first.
