Subscription Terms
Plans
- Tradeprint Pro, annual: AED 299.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.
- Tradeprint Pro, weekly: AED 11.99 per week, with no trial.
Prices may vary by region. The app shows the price for your region before you confirm.
Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or, on the annual plan, when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trial
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
How to cancel
- iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tradeprint.
- Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Tradeprint.
Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store too.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple or Google Play.
