Privacy Policy
This policy explains how KAIDO SYSTEMS CONSULTANCIES - FZCO ("Tradeprint", "we") handles your data when you use the Tradeprint mobile app and this website. The app is published in the App Store and Google Play by APPLAUNCH as developer and seller.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and sign-in details, including the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google if you use them.
- Trading account connection: your broker server, account number and investor (read-only) password. We never ask for your master password, and the investor password cannot place trades or withdraw funds.
- Trading data: your trade history and account figures from MT4 or MT5, such as instruments, times, sizes, prices, profit and loss, fees and swap.
- Content you add: notes and tags on your trades.
- Purchases: your subscription status. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we don’t receive your card details.
- Device and diagnostic data: device type, OS version, app version, push notification token, and crash and performance logs.
How we use it
- To import your trades and show your dashboard, journal, calendar, insights, weekly reports, widgets and Live Activity.
- To calculate your statistics and patterns. These calculations run in our own code.
- To write the text of your insights and reports. For this we send a summary of the calculated figures to our AI provider, Anthropic. We don’t send your investor password, your email address or your name.
- To manage your subscription, send the notifications you’ve turned on, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your trading data to advertise to you.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who act for us: [hosting provider], [MetaTrader connectivity provider], Anthropic (AI text generation), [crash reporting provider], Apple and Google (subscriptions and notifications). We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your investor password is stored encrypted and is used only to read your trade history.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal and trading data within [30] days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. See how to delete your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@tradeprint.app. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
Tradeprint is for adults aged 18 or over. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

This website sets no tracking cookies.
