Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and KAIDO SYSTEMS CONSULTANCIES - FZCO about your use of the Tradeprint app and website. The apps are distributed in the App Store and Google Play by APPLAUNCH as developer and seller. By using Tradeprint, you accept them.
What Tradeprint is
Tradeprint is an analytics and journaling tool for MT4 and MT5 accounts. It describes patterns in your past trades. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a signal service, and we are not a broker or a financial adviser. Patterns are statistical associations, not guaranteed causes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every trading decision is yours. See the risk disclaimer.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and able to enter this agreement. Keep your sign-in details safe. Connect only trading accounts you own or are allowed to connect, using the investor (read-only) password.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, try to reach it in ways we don’t offer, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to break the law.
Subscriptions
Tradeprint Pro is a paid subscription billed by Apple or Google. See the subscription terms.
Accuracy and availability
Figures depend on data from your broker and third-party connections, and they can be wrong, late or incomplete. Check important figures with your broker. We may change, suspend or stop features.
Your content and our rights
Your trading data and notes stay yours. You let us process them to provide the service. The app, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we and APPLAUNCH aren’t liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Apple
If you downloaded Tradeprint from the App Store, this agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app, isn’t responsible for claims about it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may ask Apple to refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you aren’t in a country under a US embargo and aren’t on a US prohibited-parties list.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law. Before starting a formal dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
